Binding overall tight - crack to gutter at p.19 and first few pages firmly attached but becoming loose, no annotations or inscriptions; toning to page-ends but text and illustrations from the Raymond Mander and Joe Michenson Theatre Collection clean and clear throughout. Includes a signed letter from the actor Johnny Dallas, who owned this book, offering it to a Liz Kaufmann who had advertised for a copy in 'Stage and Television Today' - the letter was never sent.
