Customer Service

We take customer service very seriously, describing and photographing our Secondhand Books and Sheet Music clearly and concisely when we list them online so that customers know what to expect when they order. We use professional packaging materials (recyclable where possible) - bubble wrap, brown paper, brand new padded envelopes, cardboard wrappers - and package every item we ship as securely as possible. All supported by a no-quibble returns policy if the item does not live up to expectations. We are also just a phone call or email away and will do whatever we can to resolve problems should they occur. The result is that we have continued to maintain a 100% customer satisfaction record across all of the online channels that we sell through.
